RETURNS
All returns are subject to a
20% restocking fee. Items returned MUST be in NEW and UNUSED Condition with non-damaged packaging. Damaged packaging (original manufactures box) will result in a $5.00 box fee. Do not mark or tape original box in any way.
We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of use. We photograph all returned products for your protection and ours. For shoes we will not accept; Upon payment for re-shipping, we will ship shoes back to you.
You must notify us by within 5 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. Failure to notify us within the 5 day period will result in refusal of return. We do not refund any costs of shipping.
EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange shoes for equal or higher value. No restocking fee. Replacement ships upon payment of new shipping charge and new shoe's price difference (if any). Same basic rules of returns apply here (box damage, shoe condition, notification, etc.). We try to please, we understand competitions and competitors, and if you work with us, we're happy to work with you and your individual situation!
